Our value-added services include:

1.Marine Insurance

        Marine insurance covers the loss or damage of ships, cargo, terminals, and any transport by which the property/goods is transferred, acquired, or held between the points of origin and the final destination.


2.Fumigation

            Fumigation is a method of using a lethal gas to exterminate pests within an enclosed space. There are two fumigation methods used. One is to seal the structure with plastic, tape, or other materials, and the other is to enclose the structure in a tent of vinyl-coated nylon tarpaulins.


3.Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)

           According to the Foreign Trade Policy, a Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) is required for exporters in order to avail benefits under the Foreign Trade Policy, Customs and Excise. 

            An RCMC is usually issued by the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO), respective Export Promotion Councils (EPC) or Commodity Boards.


4.EXIM License registration

Some of the Export and Import Licence also required to be registered at Custom Location. 

Example of one of such Licences are : 

a. Advance Authorization Licence

b. Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) License

c. Duty Free Import Authorization (DFIA) Licence

d. Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) registration

e. Project Import License Registration


5.ICE-Gate Registration

      For online filing of shipping bills and bill of entry ICE-Gate registration is mandatory for Importer/Exporter. A one cannot file the documents online without being registered.


6.Palletization

       Palletizing is the process of stacking large quantities of identical items onto a pallet for shipping. Items are stacked according to weight and in a pattern that promotes stability and product integrity.


7.Duty drawback claim submission

         Duty drawback is a refund in payments that were initially collected upon importation of foreign-made goods; these payments could have been for customs duties, sales taxes, or other fees.


8.AD code registration

            Authorized Dealer (AD) code shall be register on ICE-Gate Portal. After registration on ICE-Gate, IFSC code of branch mention in AD Code Letter shall be approved at each Custom Location where Import/Export takes place.


9.IGST refund

           When Export is made with GST, Government will issue IGST Refund to the Exporter in Bank account mention in GST Portal.


10.Phytosanitary(PHYTO) Certificate

           Phytosanitary certificates are issued to indicate that consignments of plants, plant products or other regulated articles meet specified phytosanitary import requirements and are in conformity with the certifying statement of the appropriate model certificate.


11. Certificate of Origin

              A Certificate of Origin (CO) is an important international trade document that certifies that goods in a particular export shipment are wholly obtained, produced, manufactured or processed in a particular country.


12.IGM/EGM submission

              Import General Manifest (IGM)/Export General Manifest (EGM), this is the document which has to be filed with customs department.
